According to what I just read, right now is a great time for house flipping. The market has stabilized a good deal. Prices are stable and yet distressed properties are still abundant.

In other words, you can make decent profit now.

Another boost is the fact that the Federal Housing Administration waived the anti-flipping rules in february for one year. That means that borrowers can get FHA loans for homes from real estate investors who have held title for less than 90 days.

All of this makes for an ideal market for house flippers.

The deals are out there for the taking if you know what you are doing.

Yep, with the economy starting to rebound the time is right for flipping.Houses are starting to be bought everywhere around my house.

I can't believe my own eyes,is things finally getting better you think.
I only wonder how long it will last though.

I have seen houses on the foreclosure site going for pretty darn cheap lately.
