Delinquencies on mortgages escalate.

The combined mortgage delinquency and foreclosure rates hit 14.41% on a non-seasonally adjusted basis -- the highest ever on record, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association's National Delinquency Survey released Thursday.

Florida, Arizona, and Nevada are the hardest hit states right now. And, the sad part is that it is only expected to get worse.

HASP (Housing Affordibility Stability Plan), HARP( Housing Affordability Refinancing Plan), and HASP (Home Affordability Stability Plan), are not helping as was planned.

What it will take for us to see any improvement will be a more stable job front. And that is not expected to happen any time soon.
