Yard Sales help Staging

One thing about staging is to get rid of all the clutter in the home. Holding a yard sale is one way to really help out in the process of cleaning out the house while making a buck at the same time.

It can be a pain to hold a yard sale, but since your packing things up may as well just price things as you go and makes the process easier.

Besides practically everyone loves yard sales, so if you advertise it and sell a good bit that is less your gonna have to put away after you move and as I already mentioned it is going to pad the wallet a bit.

There is one couple in the area where we are having a community yard sale who is doing just this. They have done well with cleaning out the clutter and have made quite a bit at the same time. It's a plus, plus in my opinion.

I love yard sales and community ones are the best because there are so many altogether. Love it!

Having a yard sale is a great way to eliminate unnecessary clutter. Too much stuff in a room makes the room look smaller than it is. Clear them out to make them appear large and airy.

Another great thing about yard sales is they are great for fidning pieces of furniture and decor to add the final touches to the house you are flipping. It's a lot cheaper than going out and buying brand new and you can find really good things.

You'd be suprised at the things people sell brand new or barely used. Some people shop impulsively and then end up selling what they bought because they don't have the use for it or the space.

This Saturday and Sunday are the last days of the community sale going on. I am thankful for this because it has been so hot I can barely stand it, and that has kept people indoors instead of shopping.

I had a bunch of stuff in storage, I went through all of that and took several boxes out and hopefully I will be able to sell at least most of it so I don't have to put it all back.
