Winter Staging Safety

I just wanted to give everyone a reminder this winter that if your staging a home for sale not to forget the outside.

In the winter months there are dangers outside that can ruin your chances of a sale if they aren't taken care of.

Keep sidewalks and pathways clear of snow and ice. This also goes for driveways. Make sure people can safely walk around outside with out slipping on ice or snow.

Also you need to look up. During the winter icicle's will form and they can be a huge danger, so make sure that you safely knock them down and then clean up the ice afterwards.

Also it might be a good idea to place plastic rug runners through the house to keep wet shoes from leaving dirty marks everywhere.
