Default Upgrades That Don't Cost a Dime

Home staging and upgrades can cost a good bit of money but in most cases you don't need to spend any money at all to have your house looking the best it can.

Furniture placement is key to any room. You need to place your furniture in a way so that it flows with the room. You don't want bigger pieces in the wrong places making a room feel cramped.

In a smaller living room instead of adding extra bulky seating, window seats are a great way to go. They are easy to build and if you look around in your garage you probably already have everything you need.

Shelves are a great way to clean up all of the clutter. You probably have shelves already that you can re-purpose or again you can build your own with scrap wood. It's not hard to do.

Allow the sunlight to shine in. A room thats is full of sunlight looks bigger and more pleasant to the eye. You can simply open your existing shades up or put up shears.

You don;t have to spend a ton of money to make great changes in your house.

Alot of home improvements can be next to nothing in cost,if you are willing to do the work yourself.

Look at the lawn for example, you can get out and cut any trees down and branches back then put some weed and feed on the grass so that the grass will grow and the weeds will die.

You can usually find something around the house to use for decorations in the yard.Like shells and rocks, you can use these out in the yard for decorations.

You can pressure wash the exterior of your home and that sometimes will make a big difference in the looks of the outside of your home for passers by to look at.

The exterior of you r home and yard is the first impression for everyone else that sees is as they go by,so keep it looking good and neat.
