Default Staging a house in the Winter

Staging a house is hard enough to do any time but in the winter months

it dose seem to be a little bit harder.

In most states its hard enough to sell anything with the market of house

sales not at its best right now.

But if u must stage a house in the winter time use some warm accents.

this will give the perspective buyers a different view of the house

a different feel other then one season.

dont over sell the house. let it speck for its self just add a few touches

to the areas that draw the most attention. Dont clutter the house with

usless things. If the house comes with furnishing arange these so that

the house gives the feeling that there is open space .Prespective home

owners know what they have and how things will work in a new home.

meaning when they walk into a home they can see in their mind how

things will look and what will work with what they already own as far as

furnishings go
