Default Saving money and staging well.

You can do a good job staging and keep it cheap. Start early
from the moment you decide to put your home on the market.
This gives you ample time to pick up items at discount shops
and yard sales.
Look at your home as if you were just purchasing it. What would
you like to see? What do you see that you really don't like?
You are the decorator, the designer, the architect and last but not
least the realtor. You may higher a realtor but you decide when or
how well your house sells.

Default saving and staging

If you remember to keep the staging simple and not go over board in trying to make it cluttered it will save you ample in the long run staging is done by making the home looked lived in but not unkept so how do you do this by keeping things neet and clean and clear of clutter mow the lawn and do not leave things laying about the house use fresh cut flowers and candles to give it a nice sent through out the home and remember if you are stuck as to how to stage you home there are pros out there who can help
