Always remember if your flipping your home to sell that you remove yourself from the home. Personal photos and all those personal touches you have added to the home need to be removed.

These things will prevent possible buyers from seeing themselves in the home and that is what you want. If they don't see themselves living there and making it a home for themselves they aren't going to want to buy it.

So when your staging the home to sell make sure that you do remove everything of yourselves from the home as well as keep the decor simple (nothing flashy or overpowering), the colors of the home should be neutral colors. This gives each room a warm and inviting feeling and that is what you want.

Some also say it is a good idea to bake some cookies to fill the home with wonderful scents that appeal to buyers.
