Default Neutral Tones

Painting your home in neutral colors will help to bring warmth and comfort to the house which buyers will appreciate.

These colors also allow them to more easily picture themselves and family living in the home. This is exactly what you want, it drastically makes selling a home easier.

Of course adding in a splash of color here and there is a great idea to help draw the potential buyers eye to certain items and features in the home.

Adding color is easily done with the use of flowers, candles, throw rugs, pillows and so on.

Just make sure that the colors that your adding arent enough to over power the rest of the room. Subtle hints are what your wanting in each room, and it can be easy to go overboard.

Also ask a friend to do a walk through of the home just prior after you have finished staging and get their opinions on the home. Having someone else check it for you with a fresh pair of eyes can be very useful.
