Was it a pleasent one or were you appalled by what you saw? The pleasent reaction is the one you are trying to achieve with your potential buyers.

Flipitfast you are so right. The outside of a home is what will get the people inside.

The outside needs to be clean and have nice neat lawns and landscaping. When my husband and I were looking to buy years ago, we passed up several houses just because of the fact that the outside of the home didnt look so great. So yea, the outside needs to be very clean and nice looking and give a real wow factor to get potential buyers to come inside to look around.
