Default Bringing the Indoors Out

This is the time of year to think about making your yard and porch a place to relax and enjoy. Many more people will be staying home this year with gasoline prices so high, and having an "indoor space" outdoors is a very cost-effective option to leaving your home for a vacation elsewhere.

Eat, drink and be airy.

With Memorial Day ushering in the summer season ( unofficially, anyway), many of us will be spending our leisure hours in the backyard -- what has come to be called the "outdoor room."

The prices on some of these things are way out of my budget range, but have given me some ideas on how to convert some of the things I already own to be used in the yard and on the porch. Take note of the trellis shown, it would be so simple to create one for free, just using some branches and twine.
