Accent Walls

I know that a lot of people have become fond of accent walls in their homes. Though not everyone is partical to these walls so it is important that if your staging your place for sale that you get rid of that accent wall.

It could mean the difference in the sale of the house or not. Personally I don't much like accent walls. I don't know why, but to me they just don't look to good.

Thanks to watching many shows on staging, renovations and what not I have also learned that some people refuse to buy a home because of paint colors.

So keeping things basic and warm are going to be your best bet if your wanting to get it sold and sold faster.
