A Clean Exterior

Keeping the exterior of the house clean and looking good is going to help to attract buyers to your home.

No one wants to even bother going through a home if the exterior is in poor and dirty conditions. I know that I sure wouldn't.

Keep the windows clean, make sure that there is not a bunch of dirt all over the house and if there is, get yourself a power washer and take care of that mess.

People who see a dirty house aren't gonna wanna bother going through the inside, because if a house looks that bad on the outside they don't want to give the interior a chance.

This also includes the lawn, shrubs, flower gardens, trees, and exterior fixtures. All of these things must be or at least should be in great condition, because if they are not then buyers are gonna look upon the home as not being cared for and because of that a possible money pit.

One thing that does not sell is a money pit!!
