Trim your bushes or hedges. Clip your rose bushes and the like. There is nothing that is less appealing than a poorly tended yard or garden.
I love to drive around and see all the lovely flowers. It is difficult to see them sometimes because of the overgrowth.
Personally I wouldn't want to have to think that I am going to have all that extra work to do on top of moving. Moving is one of my least favorite things to do. It always seems to take to long. We have to make too many trips and dang if it isn't expensive. I find myself to be exhausted for a month afterward.
Save yourself from a bad impression and give it all a trim when you mow the lawn.
