Default The lawn.

Have you considered how your lawn really looks. If it is nicely landscaped and well kept thats great.

But is it easy care. Do you have high maintence gardening? Is your lawn difficult to cut or keep trimmed?

These things can be factors when trying to sell a home. I love a nicely landscaped yard. What I don't like is a yard that requires more upkeep than my home.

When I mow I want to do it and get it done. I don't want to spend hours trimming bushes and pulling weeds. Landscaping can be beautiful but must be easy to maintain.

Check your mulch. Make sure it is fresh and that there aren't any weed popping up. Trim the trees too, some hate this chore.

The time you spend will make the buyer feel comfortable that they aren't going to spend alot of time initially cleaning up the yard. They are going to want to spend their time getting their new home set up to live in.

Default Re: The lawn.

Most of my lawn is fairly easy to maintain. The hard part is the hillside that we have to cut. That takes forever and isn't an easy chore for sure. I do have a couple of flower beds but they are easy to take care of. I don't have a lot of time for lawn care so we keep it simple.
