Default Spring is in the Air!

Spring is in the air! well, not quite but it is getting closer thank goodness! I cannot take much more of theis ice, snow and single digit temps! Sometimes I wish I could hibernate like a bear lol!

Anyhow, you can tell that Spring is on the way because if you go to the store you will notice they are busting out all of the Spring items such as potting soil, hoses, flower pots and so on.

Now is a great time to plan your lawn for the Spring. Get an idea of what you want to plant and what you might want to add to your yard such as a patio.

You can get everything figured out and begin to make your purchases. It's easier to buy things a little at a time rather than all at once. At least it's easier for me that way.

Default Re: Spring is in the Air!

Spring is the perfect time to get out and evaluate the cleanliness of the exterior of your home as well as,prepare for all of the color and flowers that may pop up in your yard.

In spring I usually pressure wash the outside of my home, spraying all of the eaves and walls getting rid of any molds and dust that has accumilated on it..

I also look through the yard and see what kind of perinials have surfaced so that I can make plans to move them to where i may want them. This is the best time I have found to do this.It doesn't seem to affect thier blooming potential then.
