Curb appeal should or can be simple and easy. Regular home maintence can keep things running smoothly and looking good.

Fix that broken window as quickly as possible. Fix broken or loose boards and fix cracks in sidewalks and pavement to prevent heaving.

Keep the paint fresh. I always have paint leftover from the year before and use it to touch up in the spring.

Every little thing that you do now is one less thing that you have to rush and do later.

Selling a home can be very stressfull all by itself but having to get all of that extra work done makes it even harder.
