Default Pressure wash for curb appeal

You probably don't think of pressure washing for quick curb appeal But I do it every year to spruce up after the winter muck.

Quote:
Your home is most likely your most prized possession. Maintaining the up-keep is the best way to enhance the beauty and value of that investment. Unfortunately, aluminum and vinyl siding collect dirt and debris and do weather over a period of time. Pressure washing is the most efficient method to get rid of the surface dirt, faded paint, mold, mildew and any other materials that might collect on your siding. Pressure washing is also the best method to prepare your home for painting.

If you are planning to sell your home and hope to sell your home rather quickly, plan to have it pressure washed and looking its best.

I live right next to the road, and in the springtime when it warms up just a little, I go out and hose off my house, porch, sidewalk and back deck.

Because the county uses so much ashes in the winter, we get the dust really bad on all outside surfaces and after hosing the house etc. down, everything looks so bright and clean again.

I also use a gentler spray to get all the dust off of any shrubbery in front of the house. Spraying off or powerwashing the front of the house keeps this dust from seeping inside.

Also, I hose down the road in front of the house and it is unbelievable how much doing so helps keep the dust down.
