Default Judging Curb Appeal

It is hard for people to go outside and see everything that needs to be done at their own homes. People tend to put blinders on when it comes to those must do lists.

Which is why it is easier to ask a friend or family member to check things out and write down everything that needs to be done, and then taking care of everything that needs done.

A homes curb appeal is the first thing that home buyers are going to see, and it doesn't make a good impression on them, then they are not going to want to bother checking out the home.

I am not saying that people can't judge their curb appeal but most often important things are missed and those things could cost a seller the sale.
