Default Good Appeal

If your flipper doesn't have what is known as "curb appeal" it just might sit on the market for a long long time and thats never a good thing for the profit! The longer a house sits the more you end up paying for it so create good curb appeal to help get it sold fast.

Some of the first thing a buyer notices is the exterior walls of the home, portions of the roof and spouts that they can see, outdoor lighting and flowers, trees and bushes.

You need to update the outdoor lighting fixtures, mailbox and so on. You don't want the house to look dated from the outside or the inside.

You need to have the lawn well manicured. Trim up the trees and bushes and weed the flower beds.

Paint the exterior of the home if it needs it or give it a good power washing to clean it up.

Take the time required to fix up the outside as well as the inside... it's just as important.

Default Re: Good Appeal

You are so right. The outside means about ads much as the inside. I nice kept yard that is attractive will draw buyers a lot faster than one that is not kept up.

After all the outside is the very first thing they see.
