Default Curb Appeal Must Do's

I know one that that is always a must if your trying to sell a home. The home's curb appeal must appeal to the people. If it has been left for to long, people aren't going to bother looking inside the home.

So make sure that the grass is cut nicely and you rake up the clippings. Hedges should be trimmed up nicely and again remove the timmings.

Make sure that rusty exterior fixtures like mailboxes, house numbers, light fixtures and so on are all in good shape and if not replace them.

Keep the side walk, pathways, porch and driveway clean and clear. If your finding it hard to see these things that need repaired, then ask a friend or family member for assistance. The better the home's curb appeal is the more people are going to be attracted to the home, and that can mean much faster sales.
