Default Wood framing.

I like to clean the window frames at the same time I clean my
windows. If you have dirty window frames it kinda makes them
look outdated.

I don't suggest that anyone paint their inside window frames.
It is so very hard to remove the paint later. When cleaning the
frames I like to use murphys oil soap.

If the frames are dull looking after you can put a light coat of
polyurethane on them. I also wash my curtains when I wash the
windows this way everything is done at one time.

I agree, doing everything at one time is a must. Otherwise, what is the point lol! I also use murphy's oil soap and not just on the window frames. I use it on my wood paneling and to give my wood furniture a good cleaning. It really does wonders.
