The use of stencils around your home can really brighten things up. There are a wide variety of stencils which you can purchase, or you can even make your own stencil patterns. Recently I decided that the head board of my bed was just to boring, so I purchased some stencils of some flowers and then painted them onto my bed. It looks so much better now and it really brings a brightness to the bedroom. I am also planning to add the same flowers to our dressers, and closet doors, which will bring the entire room together.
