Recycle the things that you own. If you can't sell it in
a yard sale and its still usable recycle it. If you have old
outdated clothing and just love the fabric use it. You could
make throw pillow out of it.

I have used old kitchen items to decorate my walls. Have
you ever seen a home with whisks on the wall and iron skillets.
These little things give you kitchen a country feel. Kind of old
fashioned.

Bathroom rugs are great to use on tile or wood flooring. The
won't slide out from under you. Use your imagination you can
create a whole new environment without leaving your home or
spending a dime.
