Default Inexpensive Personal Decorations

I love changing things up around me. I get bored of having the same old thing constantly and making changes really spices things up. One problem with changing things up all of the time is the expensive of it.

So here are some ways I have found that really spruce things up with out breaking the piggy bank.

1. Remove everything in the space that is depressing, in the way, a hassle to use, doesn't work, or is just clutter . Starting with this step really helps to make the area feel much better and your just getting started.

2. Paint is probably the least expensive way to redecorate and change up a room. You can use different paint colors to really make a room pop and eye catching or use soothing colors to make it relaxing. The imagination is the limit.

3. Bring nature in. Collecting things like leaves, rocks, stones, grape vines, flowers, branches and more. These all can be used to create some great decorations for any room and with out costing a penny.

4. Furniture covers are also an inexpensive way to really change up a room. Whether it is in your bedroom, living room, kitchen or dining room. Slip covers really make the entire area completely different without really putting a bunch of effort into it.

5. In any room switch things around. If you have had things in the same position for a long time, switch it all around until you find a new and exciting area. I know some homes this isn't possible in where the other ideas are the best way to make those inexpensive changes to a room.

6. Pictures, posters and paintings are also a neat way to express yourself while giving a room a new look. These can be fairly expensive and easy to hang. Just make sure that they are framed. When they aren't framed they don't look nearly as good as they could be so make sure that anything that you hang like this is framed. You can even decorate the frames for added interest.

These are some of the things that I do to keep the place looking good and looking as though I have spent thousands of dollars with out spending much at all!!

Other simple changes that can make a big difference in a room is when you take a table or stand from one room and use it in another. It is a simple change that can give the room a very different look when coupled with a stand cover and perhaps a plant and a couple of candles.

Also, throw rugs can help add a new dimension to a room.

Decorating can be fun and very inexpensive if you just take the time to look around your home and trade spaces with some of your existing furniture and artwork etc.
