Home Decor on Sale!!!

I remember telling you guys about this last year but it's that time of the year again. The sales are on!

Every year around February a lot of the stores put their home decor items on sale. It's a seasonal thing. They know that people are beginning to think about Spring and all of the things they want to do around the house such as painting and redecorating. As a result they put home decor items on sale because they know it's a great time to make money.

It's a great time for us to take advantage.

I love to shop second hand. I love getting a deal. But right now you can go to the cheaper stores even and find great stuff for second hand prices!

I was at Family Dollar earlier today and they have some really nice stuff on sale. They have wall art, curtains, comforters, throw rugs and just all kinds of nice things to redo your house with.

You might want to check it out before all of the good stuff is gone!

I went shopping twice today. The first time was early this morning when I bought a new microwave. The second time was later in the afternoon and I had Dollar General on my list of places to go because I wanted to pick up 2 or 3 throw rugs for my bedroom and my husbands room. But I forgot to stop there.

I do like Dollar General because of the fact that when you want to change the way a room looks, or to stage a room, it doesnt have to cost you an arm and a leg and your firstborn is shop at Dollar General and like stores.

I will be going there later this week for the throw rugs, new sheets, and to check on their pillows.

I like Dollar General too. I shop there and at Family Dollar all the time. You can't beat the prices. And they both have a ton of different things so that makes it nice too. I find nice selections at both stores.

Dollar General doesn't have a lot of wall art though where as Family Dollar does. At least my local one does. And they have a ton of it on sale right now. Some of it is up to 40% off.

I've already nabbed up a few things for my bathroom that will go perfectly and I only spent $10 bucks!

It is nice being able to change a room around with out breaking the bank. I love shopping at Dollar General, Family Dollar, Ollies and Big Lot's. They are all great stores and great for offering some serious savings to those who want a new look in the home.

I need to get to the store and get some shopping done. I want a couple comforters and throw rugs. My old man's place could use some wall art as well, but getting his wallet opened for that stuff isn't easy.
