Default Decorate with What You Already Have

Decorating can become expensive if you let it and yet you need to have some kind of decorating scheme complete in a home you hope to sell. No one will be interested in buying a home that they have seen completely empty. It won't feel warm and homey to them.

Something you can do to offset some of the decorating costs is to use things in your home that you no longer want or use. Most of us have things just laying around, not being used. They are even possibly stored in the garage or closets and you would like to clear them out. This is a great way to do that. Use those items in the house you are flipping. It won't cost you anything at all.

I know I have lots of things that I could use such as artwork, vases, throw rugs and pillows. I could probably name things all day long that I don't use and really don't want but still have for some reason. I bet you do too.
