Default Closet storage systems.

Closets can be a horror show when opening the doors to one. I know mine needs some serious help, so I was looking for closet storage systems and I found a great site with information on these systems and the following picture for the standard closet storage system, plus there are more pictures of different styles and uses.

Most people aren't happy with their closets. Primarily they feel that they just don't have the space that's needed to store and hang their clothing and accessories. The truth is that most closets don't utilize their space efficiently. By using bedroom closet organizers you can literally double your hanging space and shelf space in your closet.

These systems will make you so much more room for hanging clothes, storing other items such as blankets and even offer a place for those many pair of shoes we all own.

My closets could certainly use a makeover too, lol. There never seems to be enough room in them, although they are actually larger than some that I've seen.

This is probably just what I need, an organizer so that I would be able to see everything that I've stored, instead of having to dig through plastic bins to find that particular item I need.

I'm going to have to look into this a little further, to see if I can afford the organizers that will fit my particular needs.

I wonder if it would be cheaper to buy the Storage System or to have my husband look at the picture and build it himself.

Of course the Storage System might be something I could put together myself and it might take my husband a good while to get around to building one. So the expense of the System might be well worth buying one and installing it myself. I would probably have it done way before he even thought about building it himself.

I know I could certainly use one of these systems for my closet. I don't have a lot of storage space in my house and what little I do have has everything but the kitchen sink stored in it. I try to pull something out and the next thing I know I have a pile of stuff on the floor LOL.

I agree it would probably be much cheaper to build the system yourself but actually having the time to do is another thing. It may just be worth the extra money to purchase it pre-fabbed and slapping it in there.

Actually, I need an extra closet just for blankets and comforters. That would be a great addition to my house.

Instead I bought the storage bags that lets you shrink the comforters down using your vaccuum to a size that will allow under the bed storage.

And when stored on shelves, I can now get 3 stacked on top of one another as opposed to the 1 per shelf I got before I started using these bags.
