Where Did The Auctions Go

After we helped to locate and purchase a home for our oldest daughter, we decided that maybe we should look into one for our son, or one to just possibly rent out for the heck of it.

Though after looking and watching the local auctions, it seems that the number of homes that were being put up for auction has decreased alot. As of lately there just havent been very many that are being auctioned.

Thankfully my son isnt going to be needing a house in the area for a few years, because he is going off to school. This at least gives up a bit more time to find something. Though if things continue on as they have been around here for the last couple of months, we may not be able to find something until just before he is out of school.

I would prefer to go through auctioned homes, rather than just go through homes for sale. I dont know why but that always bothers me.

So cross your fingers for us, that we soon are able to find a home that we can purchase and that is close in the area before our son finishes his schooling.
