Unbelieveable Auction

My daughter just purchased a home, not far from our own. Though she still isnt able to move into the house because she still hasnt recieved the paper work or the keys so that the cleaning process can begin.

We were informed that she would have the house and the keys come the 17th of September. Now here it is the 27th and still nothing.

No one is even able to get hold of anyone reguarding the home to find out what the heck is going on.

She purchased this house because she is expecting her first child and need a larger home. This house is in fair condition though needs alot of cleaning, a new roof and some minor repairs. Which we were hoping to get done quickly so that she could be moved in and comfortable before the baby arrives.

Because we arent able to get hold of anyone to find out what the heck is going on, does anyone here have any idea on what kind of steps we can take to speed things up and get her moved into the house?
