My husband and I were just talking about all the foreclosed homes in our area and thinking of perhaps buying one of them. Thank you for all the tips you've posted. They will be of great help. I wasn't sure about even trying to purchase one as we really don't know much about buying a foreclosed home. Now with these tips, I will be much more confident if and when we do decide to go forward.
