Property near universities

I briefly scanned this article and thought it had some decent information in it. Though the property is more expensive near a college its worth it. One of my coworkers managed to make a good profit just renting a few properties to the local college students and faculty.

Yeah, that was a very informative and interesting article. I too have thought about investing in property near colleges. One thing about them is that they are very lucrative and are high in demand by students. Most students enjoying knowing that they will have a short commute to school.
