I have mentioned before that turning to the local newpapers and of course the internet to find real estate auctions is a great way to locate those autions.

Another great way to locate these auctions is from friends, neighbors and family. If everyone pitches in to help you find homes that are being auctioned off the more chances you will have to locate the home that you are looking for.

We went to several autions in our area looking for a home for our daughter. Though the ones that we saw were either to small for her or they were just way to big. Not to mention the price differences.

Though thanks to friends, family and neighbors we were able to find a home for her that is going to fit everyones price range and of course is going to fit her and my unborn grandchild.

Though I will say that the home does need some work done to it, but it is beautiful and its going to look great when done. I will be keeping everyone up to date on this one, because as we do the work on the home I will be posting before and after pictures of it.

I will also proably be asking alot of ideas from people to help us in the decorating and such of this place. So put on your thinking caps and get ready to tell us your ideas!!!
