Default Online auctions.

I was looking at the online version of my local newspaper and caught an advertisement for real estate auctions. I decided to visit the website for the auctioneer in charge of the auction.

There are many homes up for auction and some of them are only available through online auctions. You can see the properties or have them accessed if you are accompanied by a real estate agent or a contractor.

The terms for the sales and bidding are all on the website. The home I was looking at had an opening bid minimum of one thousand dollars. That isn't much. I even got to see pictures of the inside of the home and the outside.

Boy it was timy and needed alot of work. That just from the pictures. I would want a detailed inspection myself so I guess I will pass on this one as I can not afford to do either right at the moment. But now I know where to look.

I'll have to check out these online auctions in my area. I've never seen one, probably because I didn't know to look for them. It's really great that you were able to see the house both inside and out. Too many times, we see advertisements that only show the outside of a home, which doesn't give a clue as to what is on the inside, and this instantly turns me away from being interested. I don't want to be buying a "pig in a poke".

I have a question. Would you be allowed to go to the home for a open house and check it out personally? If not, I couldn't buy a home like that. I am the kind of person who has to look at a crate of eggs before I buy it, rofl!!! Much less a house. I am a big chicken.
