Houses to be Auction off

Zetabid is scheduled to auction off around 155 bank owned homes in the greater Phoenix area.

This auction will be on Saturday, June 27. The bidding will begain at 10:00am. It is going to be held at Sheraton downtown Phoenix Hotel.

The homes, condos, townhouses, will range in price from $25,000 to $500,000. You will need to register in advance to be able to bid on these homes.

They say that properties under $100,000 are in great demand. In the Phoenix area houses are hot right now. They are sometimes, getting over the asking price and multiple offers are very common.
