Default Home Buyers

Not to long ago you could drive through the neighborhood and see quite a few for sale signs on the houses. Things here were pretty bad and still aren't the best in the world, but they are improving.

Just today 3 of the for sale signs that we all got used to seeing have disappeared. This means that maybe things are going to change around here and maybe start looking up.

It has seriously been quiet around here for a very long time and it will be nice seeing these empty homes filled up once again.

However I have to admit one of the couples who had to move out of their home I really do miss though at least they don't live to far away and we all get together on occasion, and maybe this is something that the new neighbors and I can do in the future.

I have noticed that myself in my neighborhood. There weren't really that many for sale to begin with but now I only know of one still on the market. I'm not sure it's a sign of better times or if the owners knocked their asking price down really far.

I honestly think we are a long ways of seeing any real, significant imrovement. At least any lasting improvement. I think the market will continue to yo-yo for the next year or so.

There just isn't any quick fix to what has ailed our country over the past few years. It will take a while for things to improve notably.

I am certainly glad that I own my house and I don't have to really worry about anything as long as I keep up on the taxes which I always do. Although I do feel that the amount I have to pay is quite ridiculous. I still make the payment on time.

We are seeing this happen to and its so good to seem some homes selling again. Perhaps things are picking up enough that the Real Estate market will be getting back on solid ground again.

We are seeing more empty rentals, so that must mean those people are actually able to buy now and thats a step in the right direction.

I've actually heard that one of the reasons we are seeing less homes on the market is because of how the banks were pushing those foreclosures through without reading them and everything was put on hold. I guess they are getting a slow start on getting the foreclosures going again. I imagine both are the reasons.
