Buying Auctioned Homes

My neighbor is making plans do buy some auction homes that he then tends to fix up if need be and then turn them into rental properties for extra income.

This is something I believe he can make happen because he is a contractor and knows how to fix everything in a home and that alone will save him money.

I have already offered my help with cleaning and staging the homes when they are ready because he isn't so great when it ocmes to that kind of stuff.

I have been to a couple of auctions when I was helping someone look for a home for their growing family, but those we went to there wasn't anything that they were interested in. Guess that happens sometimes.
