Auctions Increase

I have been watching the local papers about homes being auctioned off, and for a short time there were just a few ads being published.

Though now it seems that the number of homes being auctioned off is on the rise.

This means that more and more people are losing their homes mostly due to foreclosures. It is really sad. You would think that banks would be more willing to work with people who are struggling so hard to see to it that they are able to keep their home.

I mean let's face it a bank does not make any money what so ever on an empty house. Though there are thousands of people who are a bit behind on their payments and are losing their homes.

Common sense tells me that it would be better for a bank to work with people rather than just toss them to the curb and wait for someone else to want a house.
