Default Auction Emails.
I have been recieving emails pertaining to real estate auctions. Has anyone else recieved these lately?

I haven't looked at them because I am afraid they are flat spam. I wouldn't want to get caught up in that mess.

Is there a way to tell if these emails are legitimate business or just junk mail. It would be nice to find something useful in my mailbox occasionally.
