Default Vacation Home Prices Down

I read than vacation home prices are down right now so if you have been thinking about getting a second home in a great location for vacations then you better hit the bricks and start looking so you will get a great deal.

In 2010, the median vacation home price was $150,000 which is down 11.2% from 2009. They are even lower now.

Quote:
"The fall in prices has opened opportunities for more families to enter the second-home market," said Lawrence Yun, NAR's chief economist.
I'm not looking for a vacation home right now. I'm lucky to keep up with the one I have now lol. In the future I'd love to though. I'd love to get something within walking distance to the beach. That would be awesome.
