Ten Places Where Housing Costs Have Made a Rebound
Although the housing market seems to be rebounding at a snails pace in most places around the globe, some places have seen some major improvements.
1. Hong Kong. This one isn't hard to believe since it's the world's business and trade center.
2. Latvia. I'm not gonna lie, I've never even heard of this place. It's in Europe, I know that much lol. Well during the recession Latvia was the hardest hit of anywhere. Since then though, they are making an awesome rebound.
3. Israel. Israel is a vacation hotspot with their beautiful beaches. Hence, they are fairing much better now.
4. Austria. They dealt with a very sharp recession in 2009 but made an almost instant comeback. The housing market is doing quite well.
5. Paris. The housing market there is doing quite well most;y due to their ultra-low interest rates.
Notice there is no U.S. city listed? Although some areas are doing better we still have a ways to go!
