Default Housing Market Showing Slow Improvements

Things had gotten pretty bad, for some people- really bad. But things are starting to look up I think. We can see the light now at the end of the tunnel. It's been a slow process but you can already see some improvements to the market.

Home prices are beginning to stabilize, lenders are starting to lend although cautiously, foreclosures have slowed... it's been inch by inch but we are seeing improvements.

What that means for for anyone looking to buy.... get shopping. I don't mean to suggest that anyone rushes into an agreement but look around now because the market is right. Interest rates aren't too bad, home prices are still not too bad.

Now is a great time for sellers who have been putting off selling because of the very low prices. Prices are up a bit and buyers are able to get the financing once again.

The market is looking up.
