Great profits on Foreclosures

The market had been flooded with foreclosed homes for the past couple of years but I have been hearing a lot about some pretty serious profits being made off of those homes despite their abundance on the market.

People are snapping foreclosures up in auctions left and right and making some serious profits.

I read about one inparticular that was bout for $150,000 and then resold in two months for $330,000! Thats a 115% markup! Incredible! I believe that was in Sonoma County.

If you have the money and knowlege in this field, you can make some serious cash. Without the experience though you can lose a lot of dough in the end!

You need to have a support group going in. Someone in every field from financing to renovations to real estate agents. It takes a team or at least it seems you are better off with a team.
