Thats good news. A higher cap should really help the market. I hope however that we don't see a higher forclosure rate in the future due to the higher loan amounts. I mean don't higher loan amounts mean higher payments?

higher loans do mean higher payments but the interest rate you get is really what effects the payments. Hopfully you get more house with those high prices.
