Bank House Repos Down Again

Well it seems that more and more people are starting to find ways to make their mortgage payments on time because house foreclosures are down for the eighth month in a row.

People are still skeptical about the housing market making a recovery. They say these figures could mean any number of things and not necessarily a recovery.

I do think this is positive news and I do think that things are getting better.

May the foreclosure numbers continue to fall.

Also I have cash but when your self employed getting loans is hard especially when you have other loans in the works. Bassically Im using their lines of credit to the LLC to purchase and my cash to renovate. My goal is to flip 4-5 houses this year so I can just go off on my own next year. My husband is self-employed as well so I know how hard it is to get any kind of credit with that type of income.

I am self-employed as well but have another job so I am a little better off that way.

It is nice to see a little bit of something positive Lou. Different for a change!
