Default 2009 even worse for home builders?

A panel of experts in Nevada project that 2009 will be an even worse year for home builders, with no expected relief in sight until at least 2010.

It is also expected that home prices, and home sales will also be down during 2009.

Foreclosures and unemployment are expected to rise during 2009 making it an even iffier situation.

It is said that new home building will fall by 29% but then to start to recover in 2010.

For home builders and home sales to turn around, well, as the experts say, "its an eventuallity".

With more and more jobs being lost, and no new jobs on the horizon, it may be even longer than 2010 in my estimation before things really start to show much of an improvement.
