When renters insurance is needed is a very easy question to answer. Renters insurance is needed when you rent either an apartment or house and own things like appliances, clothes, furniture, and on down the line.l

Home owners insurance isn't going to cover your personal items when your renting. For anyone who pays rent, renters insurance is a must to make sure that should something happen, your belongings are going to be replaced with out it all coming out of your pocket again.

One thing I can say for sure is that should something happen and a renter ends up losing everything that they own, it really stinks trying to replace everything and some things just can not be replaced at all.

I hope that everyone who rents a place that they take my advice and get themselves some renters insurance to make sure that everything that they have worked hard for is protected from anything that could happen.
