Unfit Landlords

I was surfing on the internet and came across this story and was completely shocked to read just what this couple of landlords did to their tenants.

Some landlords can be pretty tough to deal with, but this couple really takes the cake, ice cream and the presents to boot!!!

Glad I never had to deal with a landlord such as these two in my life. I have rented a few places in my day and I always came to find out that my landlords were very sweet and kind.

I dont know what I would have done if I had a landlord such as these two. Other than move out as quickly as possible.

Stories such as these tend to give landlords a bad reputation, but truth is people like these two are rare. Most landlords arent going to douse tenants clothing in chemicals, or cut holes in their floors.

The worst landlord I have known personally was one who collected rent money on time, yet never fixed anything on time in the apartment. That was the worst one I have known.

You have not met my landlord..LOL He tops all of that and more. He never fixes things and if we fix them he don't take it off the rent. I should turn his butt in!! I want to do so much to this place, but I am not with him the way he is.,

Ok those two need to be in treatment. They are crazy and need mental help.

I hope that they get the book thrown at them. Those poor tenants are lucky to be alive. People like this are more than likely to set the place on fire to get what they want.

Ridiculous behavior. Doesn't matter how much they paid for that building. They knew that there were tenants and they should have handled it legally.

I agree these landlords do need both mental help and to have the law brought down on them as much as possible. They could have easily hurt or killed someone with all of the things that they were doing to these tenants!!

Thankfully this kind of stuff isnt something that happens all the time.Most landlords actually care about their rental units as well at their tenants.
