A friend of mine's sister has gotten a job in this area and was looking into places to rent. We were helping her in her quest to find a decent place and of course one which will fit into her budget.

We seriously got lucky on this one. We went to check out one place that was advertised for under $200.00 per month and that included electric, gas and water.

Now that is some serious savings compared to other places we were looking at. The cheapest place we had found in the beginning was for $350.00 a month and that included nothing at all, and it wasn't that nice of a place.

Though the cheaper place we looked into was like perfect. She of course fell in love with it right away and that same day papers were signed and she now has a very nice place to live and will be saving herself a whole lot of money every month.

Now I look forward to helping her decorate this place. Oh the apartment she is renting is 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, garage and the only down fall is that there is no hook up for a washer or a dryer. So she will have to use a laundry mat, but still the saving she is getting will make up for that!!!

That is seriously cheap and she is very lucky I'd say! I haven't ever heard of a place that cheap with nothing included but to get it for that price with utilities included, well thats awesome! I am glad she found the place!

Yes I do agree she is very lucky. These kinds of deals don't happen very often at all. The only thing that she has to really do around the place is of course cut the grass, which isn't much of a problem. The yard is rather small.

I wish I could have gotten this place actually, it would probably be cheaper than what I pay per month in just utilities,ROFL.

I found a really good deal about two miles out side of town,it is a small three bedroom two bath older trailer on an acre of land.

It is owned by an eighty four year old lady who is not in good health and the trailer needs work done to it,but is very livable meanwhile.

I talked to the lady and she said that she only wants two hundred dollars a month for rent and while he is working on it she will take that out of the rent.

She needs help and so do we,so this worked out very well for us and that is really cheap.

That is a very nice deal to work out with that lady. Every little bit helps. Glad to hear that you also found such a good deal. Deals like these don't happen very often and when they do you really need to grab it.

Keep us up to date on how the repairs are going on your place. I know I sure would like to hear all about it.
