Default Some Shouldn't be Landlords

An empty lot of property has gone up for sale right across the street from my other half and he was thinking of buying it and putting a sectional home on it and renting it out to bring more income into his bank account.

Thankfully I was able to talk him out of it. Some people shouldn't be landlords and he is one of them!! Don't get me wrong he is a great guy, but he isn't the landlord type.

He can't fix even the most simple of problems. So I can just imagine something going wrong in his rental, he would have to call someone in constantly to fix everything and he would hate to spend that money, or he would look at me and ask me to do it. That isn't something I would want to do because I have enough repairs to deal with at his place.

As I said there are some people who would make great landlords and then there are also there are others who would be horrible landlords and I have to say my other half falls into that category.

I hope that someone buys the property really soon, so that he isn't able to start thinking of it anymore or coming up with other ideas.
